What's not included?
Anything outside the bullet list. We don't ghostwrite long-form copy, run paid ads, or manage daily socials inside Spark — those live in Architect retainers. If you need it, we'll quote it.
Refunds?
Deposits are non-refundable once intake is scheduled, since we block the studio queue. If we cancel before kickoff, you get the deposit back in full.
Scope creep — what counts as add-ons?
New page beyond what's listed, additional revisions past two rounds, or pivots to the brand direction after sign-off. We quote add-ons in writing before any work runs.
Do I keep the source files?
Yes. Figma, full image exports, and the deployed site repo. You own the work outright.
Can I upgrade tiers mid-project?
Yes — pay the difference and we extend the timeline by the new tier's turnaround. Most artists upgrade Launch → Positioning once they see the first deliverables.
Who actually does the work?
@N (THE ARCHITECT) builds it directly. No translation layer, no offshoring, no junior on the file.
